A non-stretch gasket profile developed by V.A.V. Group facilitates and accelerates manual or automatic gasket installation significantly. The gasket contains a wadding thread and sustains traction of 100 N. The non-stretch gasket improves productivity and the quality of the finished product, and it has gained strong popularity in, for example, the window and door industry.

Both TPE and silicone profiles can be made non-stretchable.
